Now that we have a washing machine, Lie Yuen and I hang our clothes together every night. Sometimes I hang hers, sometimes she hangs mine.
A few days ago, she picked up my three quarter pants and looked at it. She looked puzzled and decided to pose a question to me.
"Eh, Jolene, why got hole one ar?" she asked, while pointing at the crotch area of the pants.
"Pet pet juice too acidic liao."

Then a couple of nights ago, while the network technician was at my place to fix our wireless, Lie Yuen brought me aside.
"Psst..Jolene, you shit just now issit?"
"Ya...why? Toilet still smelly?"
"I WANT TO VOMIT LA, NEVER CLEAN THE TOILET PROPERLY!"
We were still laughing like mad in front of the technician. But tak baik to tell him what happened...shy what!
She even opened the door to check that I was giving the toilet bowl a good scrub. I mean HELLO, can I clean my, er...markings..in peace please?
Since that day, I don't dare to lean forward and do my business liao later kena the side of the bowl again. ON THE INSIDE NOT ON THE OUTSIDE OK. But sometimes a girl can get too tired. Sigh, the perils of sharing a toilet.
