Present? For me?!

Today started off innocently like any other day. I had maths tuition this morning and mum was too lazy to drive me there, so I get to drive the car today. yay.

Went through quite a good session of statistics though I only had about 4-5 hours of sleep last night(THIS BLOG LA.. somehow not very satisfied. hmm). After tuition, E-guy suggested lunch at the Pan Meen shop in SS19. Felt quite happy to go along with that, so I did. Chang Song and E-guy proceeded to SS15 to pick up Liss,Nigel, Chun Guan and Huini.. didn't know they were coming along too, but it was a lovely surprise, nonetheless.

Drove to SS19 myself and received a phone call from Chien along the way. She wanted to tell me something and I invited her along for lunch because I needed to pass her some tuition papers. Hsien came along too.

We then drove into the shoplot area of SS19 and I parked my car near the housing area and walked over to the coffeeshop. After nearly an hour of intense heat and intense chatter, we proceeded back to our car.

Su-Hsien noticed a chinese-moon-cake-type of paper bag hanging at the side of my car. (on the passenger's side).

Hsien: Jo, what's that paper bag hanging there?
Me(thinking it was just rubbish people hung there for fun): I don't know, maybe it's a present from a secret admirer. Ahem.

Chien cautiously reaches for the door with the paper bag... she was peering curiously at it.

Me: Ei chien, check out what is it la!
Chien: Don't want! Scared bomb!
Hsien and I: Haiyoh, open and see la!

As Chien opens it... I said, "KABOOM!"..haha, lame la.. then she looked abit scared and asked me to see.. so I looked.

There was a brown envelope inside. With something inside it.

None of us dared to open the envelope or have any contact with it. You know, what with the SARS/Anthrax/Decomposing stuff..

Was quite freaked out with thoughts of decomposing animals and stuff like that. But the brown envelope looked quite clean and neat .. no stench, no gross liquid... just a brown envelope. So Chien passed me the bag.. and I held it far far away from me and peered into it. I tipped it onto the ground. The brown envelope fell out but it was still reluctant to reveal its mysterious contents.

I prodded the brown paper bag and lifted the seal. I held it up and tipped it over in a swift motion, because I was scared.

And I had every right to be scared.

I BACKED AWAY FROM THE BAG AND WAS SCREAMING MY HEAD OFF. When Chien saw it, she started screaming too! Didn't know if Hsien was screaming, coz we just screaming so loudly!!

IT WAS A FARKIN DICK.. A RUBBER ONE.. A DILDO..WHATEVER..BUT IT JUST LOOKS DAMN DISGUSTING. Sort of like a strap on dildo? With a piece of (rubber)flesh and the dick formed out of, well, foamy rubber. IT WAS A FAKE DICK!!!!!!

For goosness sake, who would hang a fake dick on the car?!!? That was damn scary..hahahaha, we hurried into the car and Chien was screaming at me to just move but I was just sitting there wistful for my camera. I begged them for their camera phones but they didn't want to contaminate their phones.

We went over to MCd's where Chien and Hsien bought ice-cream and finally gave in to my wanting to take pictures of the fake dicky. Hahahaha...

But, when we went back, it was GONE. G-O-N-E. REALLY FREAKED OUT BY THEN... was so worried that someone was trailing us. Don't worry Dad, I put the rearview mirror to good use. Ahem.

LOL, but imagine, what would happen if I had taken it home? LOL..the poor pervert will be like, "Oi, gimme back my rubber dick, bitch!" and I'll have it all nice(?) and solid where I can snap as many good shots of it as I want. Hahaha, but what would they think if my reaction was to bend over and start snapping photos of it? hahahaha.

If I had a picture of it, what you would have seen was, a patch of grass,  near a drain, a mooncake-ish type of paper bag, a brown envelope(a4 size), and a limp rubber dick strewn on the ground. Hope your imagination helps.

Came home to tell the tale to my mother and brother and his friend, harvey. HAhahaha.. even GUYS think it's disgusting. HELL YEA. EW.

10 Years to Worry

Mum and Dad had a wedding dinner to attend at Sunway Hotel and brother had that InTeRaCt GaTheRiNg To AtteNd. Was abit mournful over the thought of having to stay home with a box of hawaiian Chicken all to myself. I wanted to go to SS19 and tapau some chinese for dinner. Mum gave the green light and I felt quite sad, because I'd be having dinner alone tonight. So gave Mel and Esther an sms each, but both already have dinner planned and invited me over. The latter being abit too persuasive.. (Girl, if I go out with you, it means your dad and mum will be paying for my dinner. SHY LA !!!!)

Thought that I've grown up, you see. Thought that Dad and Mum do not bother about my dinner. Me being able to drive, can drive my arse over to 19 to get some edibles for me tummy. Thought that I was no longer their little princess, just because they didn't ensure I had dinner. The world is changing.. I no longer need the parents to spoon feed me with soft food. It's time for hard biscuits. Yes it is. Ngaum.

But when mum told Dad that I was to drive out alone for dinner, Dad immediately said, "Jo, no driving out by yourself after 7.30. Hop in the car and we'll buy you dinner!" So both parents clad in evening attire with baby princess in ratty ol' Taylors' Tee and barely there pants made their way to SS14. I hate SS14's food. But I shall eat what my parents put on the table. *Nods indignantly*

By the way let me rant abit about something. Hmph. We've allowed you to nurture under our wings for the past three-five years. Thought we've set enough examples for you all to follow. The traditions, wasted away. One by one. A tear drop falls. We hath beenth forgottenth. Bah. Nah, maybe we're abit too old for it. :) You little Interactors go on and enjoy your gathering. We're just the bygone seniors who are too old to know what's fun.
It was the traditional Interact Gathering after the Annual General Meeting..waterfights, food, partying etc.etc.

LOL. But it WAS fun making Li Ming twist in his pants for not inviting Me, Mel, Esther, Zhuo Yan, Mun Teng, Amanda, Abby, She Dee, Amni and the rest of the senior-er seniors(Joshua(they wanted Chu not Tan, Tan.), Dennis, Jeh, Ben Shyen,Sarah,Pooi Yoke etc.)... hahaha. It's ok la. Would've love an invitation though. But would not have been able to make it since almost all of us have exams.

Was painting mum's nails for the wedding dinner and was talking to her about who will be invited to MY Wedding. (When it even comes. Heh). I was abit worried because my Dad's only the student of this guy whose kid was getting married.I was like "wha..?"..
For the record, I've got 5 great grandmothers on my mum's side who produced 14 kids in total..granddad being kid no.7.. and each had an average of 4 kids, and each of the 4 kids produced another 2 kids each(exactly 2).

Thank goodness dad's side can be counted properly. My mum's side I need to take out a calculator!!
14x4x2=112. 0_0 112 relatives on my mum's side.

Most of my mums' relatives are spreaded evenly across the globe. A handful in the US, a family in the Uk, a couple in AUSSIE, some in China, a lot in Singapore(though I only go back for weddings..). And speaking of Singapore weddings... everytime I go down, they'd put us up at a hotel. THIS MEANS WHEN THEY COME DOWN WE'LL HAVE TO DO THE SAME. $$$$$$$$$.. argh. Must stay faithful to Holiday Villa now to get a discount then. :P

Let's just say there's about ... 50 relatives on dad's side.

Then I would want to invite all my good friends from high school.
10 people per table right? The girls will have to be split into two because there are 10 of us.. ok, maybe minus one. COZ I'M GETTING MARRIED(FLASHES WEDDING RING). And so i'll need two tables for the girls.. they have spouses, you know. And our darling seniors etc.... and the rest of the guys in our form(you know who you are, you guys are alot, may need to reduce, :P).. some for the classmates.. yeah, that being secondary AND college. :) ...and my other good friends from school.
Hope some of you get married to each other to reduce my cost! Hmph!

Notice how I'm not saying any names?:P

And I'll have to invite my neighbours..(past and present). My grandparents will want to invite their friends.(maybe by then they'll start forgetting who they're friends were.:P)..then there'll be colleagues. and.. maybe.. hahaha.. patients?

Oh, let's not forget about the groom. I'm sure he's got a truckload of relatives and friends who would like to attend the wedding too. Hahahaha.

But oh dear, so many people. I'm sure everyone gets hell when they plan out the list.

#$%(#*($_#($.. I forgot about my Dad's friends!!! ... My father has been attending weddings like every other month, for so many years..and this means, I'll have to return the favour. NOoOOo.... Dad, Mervyn can get married too, you know??

I think I should start saving now.

Hi, my name is Jolene and if there is a question in your head, this answer will definitely answer it: I was wrong and irrational. I was being a woman.

Jolene Lai, Jolene Lai,
Came to life in January and not July,
She is 19 years of age,
Can't wait to earn her own wage,
This dental student is home sick,
Will never be in Kedah for more than three weeks.

Subang Jaya is where she's from,
The only place she'll ever call home.
Has a boyfriend, a brother and a dog,
The things she says can give you a shock.

Especially for her father, who always gets a heart attack when he reads this blog.

Hey, rhymes!
