Sad Fucks Who Cry In Front Of The TV

Yup. That was me while watching the Malaysian Idol's Grand Finale Result Show. Ahahahaha. I know, i know. Just put me in your washing machines to shake some sense into me.

When they showed how far each and everyone of the contestant came before they got booted out, it was quite emotional. I tried to put myself in their shoes.

Bad bad move.

I started howling like a mad dog in front of the tv. I don't know why! Honestly! Then I saw the way Lee Kar Wei sang, was that her name? The girl in the second part of the show who kept begging for another chance but truly had a great voice.

Hahha.. I was bawling. With sound effects, yes. Thank god my parents attended the national kidney foundation charity dinner thingie and my brother attended Lianne letitia's birthday party so no one was at home to laugh at me. Maybe except my dog.
She is now bald and hairless and looks like a chi huahua. But that's not the point. She actually jumped onto the leg stool and peered at my face. HAHAHA. I was so tickled.

Of course I cried again when Julian the Quivering Chin took to the stage. Ahahaha

OH YES. When Syima sang Alicia Keys' Falling I cried somemore.

There were far too many ads in the final show and false alarms for me to run to the kitchen to tend to my maggi mee. I actually finished boiling my maggi mee and hoped that if I just turn off the fire and leave it in the water while I run to the tv and back.
Got carried away.

Bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad bad move.

My maggi mee was so farkin soggy it actually fell apart and dissolved when I put it in my mouth.
Sob. First my disgusting looking stew. Then my disgusting looking lady fingers. Then now my dissolving maggi mee.

Nobody will ever marry me. ("What shit is this?! Fuck out of my house, bitch!" *Jolene gets kicked out of the marital home, literally*)

Haiya, I'll blame my culinary boo boo on Malaysian Idol.

As expected, Jac won. Congratulations to you, Jac.

My favourite part was when the 10 finalists came out to sing one after another. Brilliant. BRILLIANT.

OH BY THE WAY..
As I was watching the celebrities gracing the red carpet, I thought Douglas Lim would be there too. So, i ACTUALLY smsed Douglas Lim and asked him if he was at Malaysian idol. And you know what? He actually replied.

Me: Hi douglas!! Are you at malaysian idol??
Douglas Lim: No. I'm in kl.
Me: Right! I thought if you were there I could've seen you as one of the celebrities on the red carpet.
Douglas Lim:He...he...was invited but couldn't make it. Good that jac won though.
Me: Oh=/ Pity! Yea! She expected it already. Could c her expression. Anyway, hope you're well. Being a huge fan of yours, alot of ppl have asked me about your song with chui ling. Where can we get it?
Douglas Lim: Music canteen soon. Hopefully.
Me: Thanks! =)Goodnight.

Whooo!! O_O

Right. Just received an sms from Abby telling me that she and Chun Meng will be flying to Langkawi. 7-2 = how many? .. A grand total of FIVE on the train to langkawi. *does cartwheels all over the blog and bumps into hit counter and starts crying again*

12 people on the plane. 5 on the train.  YAY. SO NICE SO FUN. I'M SO HAPPY MAN.

I thought I could actually gather people to come with me on the train because of the outrageous price of the air tickets. I thought it was RM180 for both ways. I was mentally prepared  to accept the already outrageous price and suddenly Chien dropped another bomb. Due to the peak season, it was Rm234. I screamed bloody murder and vowed to cling on to Langkawi Ekspres(Hardly express, but it's RM80 both ways). I thought alot of people would be outraged by the price too. But nope. :)
All of them were quite shocked with the price, no doubt.
But most of them had their parents to pay for them.

Friend no.1: "I'd love to take the train.. you know, to try. But my dad don't let."
Friend no.2: "My mother said she'll pay for me if I take the train."
Friend no.3: "My mother insist that I take the plane. What to do..:("
Friend no.4: Would be Abby. But she has her reasons.

I will personally wring the necks of Zhuo Yan, Barry or Chun Guan if they dare to bail out on me. I already smsed them telling them to NOT change their minds or else suffer the same fate as Abby.

Did I mention I was the ONLY girl taking train? I feel so kiamsiap. But I can't help it if I don't have that much of cash on me. And I DO feel bad about taking more than 500 from my parents for the trip.

However, on a happier note, my dad gave me a huge surprise by telling me, "Girl, if you can remove the balance from both my jaring accounts, it'll be yours." Then my brother strolled into the room and my dad said, "Split half".

I immediately used my new found "phone enquiry" skills that I've aquired from the multiple Langkawi hotel enquiry calls to give Jaring a buzz and SURPRISE SURPISE, we can actually remove the money.

Yay. I get legitimate money for langkawi. Not money from mummy..(which requires alot of bartering and plsplsplss.)

But I am still taking train. At least I'll have more spending money.

And no, Kevin, it doesn't mean I will be the first to jump on the speedboat for that RM200 Pulau Payar snorkelling trip. *glare glare glare*

Hi, my name is Jolene and if there is a question in your head, this answer will definitely answer it: I was wrong and irrational. I was being a woman.

Jolene Lai, Jolene Lai,
Came to life in January and not July,
She is 19 years of age,
Can't wait to earn her own wage,
This dental student is home sick,
Will never be in Kedah for more than three weeks.

Subang Jaya is where she's from,
The only place she'll ever call home.
Has a boyfriend, a brother and a dog,
The things she says can give you a shock.

Especially for her father, who always gets a heart attack when he reads this blog.

Hey, rhymes!
